An Inquiry Between Reality and Imagination
The solo exhibition "Signals from the Cosmos" is the result of several years of photographic research focused on the dialogue between the human element and the abstraction of space. The project follows the paths of surrealist and metaphysical photography, using the digital medium not as a documentary end, but as a tool to explore themes of the unknown and the perception of the infinite. In this process, the images become "signals": visual fragments that seem to emerge from a cosmic silence to find a place in our daily reality.
The works on display, including the series Starman and The Hidden Face, reflect on the constant tension between our finiteness and the immensity surrounding us. The choice of suspended subjects and rarefied atmospheres aims to create an observation experience that stimulates individual reflection, placing the viewer before questions about waiting, solitude, and the wonder of return. The goal of the exhibition is to offer a coherent visual narrative, capable of transforming the gallery space into a place for listening and vision.

Material Quality and the Printing Process
A fundamental aspect of "Signals from the Cosmos" lies in the physical materialization of the images. Each photograph in the exhibition is the result of a rigorous printing process, aimed at ensuring maximum visual fidelity and long-term durability. For this project, Hahnemühle Photo Rag® Baryta 315 gsm paper was selected. This 100% cotton support, with its high-gloss finish and deep black tones, enhances the contrasts and nuances typical of the cosmic visions in the works. The technical production of the prints was entrusted to Fucina Fotografica.
The collaboration with this center of excellence allowed for careful monitoring of every stage of post-production and printing, ensuring that each piece meets the standards required for limited editions and collectors.
The physicality of the paper and the brilliance of the pigments become an integral part of the artistic experience, transforming the digital vision into a tangible and lasting object.
