This website serves purely as an exhibition and author's portfolio. There are no contact forms, newsletter subscriptions, or user registration systems. Therefore, the site does not actively collect any voluntarily provided Personal Data. During normal navigation, the IT systems responsible for operating this site (hosted on the Wix.com platform) only acquire so-called "Navigation Data," the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g., IP addresses, system logs, browser type).
2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
Navigation Data is collected in an aggregated form for the sole purpose of monitoring the correct technical operation of the platform and ensuring its security. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Art. 6, par. 1, letter f of the GDPR) in keeping the website secure and accessible.
3. Methods and Location of Processing
Processing is carried out using automated IT tools. Data is processed by the Data Controller and on the servers of the hosting service provider (Wix.com). Wix.com operates in compliance with international privacy regulations and ensures adequate security measures even for the potential transfer of data outside the European Economic Area.
4. Retention Period Navigation
Data is kept for the time strictly necessary for technical system and security purposes and is deleted according to the hosting provider's technical policies, except in the event of any need to establish liability for hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
5. User Rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the User has the right to request from the Data Controller access to their Personal Data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, or to object to its processing.
